Had a wonderful Christmas stay! The hotel was reasonably priced and clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was well-stocked and delicious, with a good variety of options every day. The location was very convenient, only a short walk from the freeway exit and close to a range of shops and restaurants. The secure parking was also a great advantage, ensuring our car was safe and protected.

The staff could have been more welcoming and friendly, and seemed to be a bit indifferent to guests. The surrounding area was not very picturesque or attractive, with a lot of industrial buildings and car dealerships nearby.

The hospitality of the staff

I was dissatisfied with just about everything else, apart from the staff. This hotel is, due to it's location, not suitable for business nor leisure. It lacks quite a lot of facilities and even to italian standards should have 2 starts instead of 4.

It was far from the conference centre. It is not near metro-train station.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel right at home and were always ready to assist with any requests we had. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a balcony to enjoy the view. We also appreciated the variety of amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and in-room air conditioning. the level of comfort and service here was top-notch.

In terms of location, this hotel is not ideal for tourists. It is quite far from the major attractions in Naples and there is limited public transport available.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of town, but there are options Down the hill, like a great Pizzeria and an excellent restaurant. the breakfast is fine with a well-stocked continental bar, but make sure to come early to avoid running out of some key items. the rooms are spaceous, clean, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. You'll have a nice living area, with a mini kitchen.

There is no actual restaurant in the hotel, and the air conditioning may not be effective, which could be a problem in warmer seasons.

The location is terrible. It is in the middle of nowhere with no nearby restaurants or attractions.

The location, down the hill and away from the hustle and bustle of the city, provided for a quiet and secured area around the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast was delightful, and the staff - especially Anna - were friendly and helpful.
